One who is dwelling in the state of perfect peace where even the consciousness of peace fails, where there is neither Anandam (Bliss) nor otherwise. He alone can be capable Guru who is permanently abiding in the condition and has the power to transmit by His will force the spiritual state into the heart of the Abhyasi. None below this level is fit to impart spiritual training to others.

11. Some claim that they are seeking guidance and training from the inner voice or an impulse from departed soul. How is it possible?
Most of them who say this are actually following the dictates of their own unregulated and indisciplined mind. It is mere a hallucination. It leads to constant mental worry and harassment. This practice if followed for some time, makes the mind so much unduly powerful and over-active that it begins to question and answer by itself. Such people often misunderstand as a state of Yogic attainment where one acquires the power to inter commune with the departed souls. They are really far away from it.
